Engineer Victory Background
Engineer Victory came official into existence in February 2020. Before this date the founder and managing director spent six (6) years in Mexico studying to become a Civil Engineer. Upon completion he resumed activities duties alongside his father honing and mastering the plumbing trade.
2012 – 2018
In 2012 he joined the Central Water and Sewerage Authority, for five (5) years where he actively participated as a middle manager and civil engineer. The exposure during this period was invaluable as insights were gained as to the inner and outer workings of a large national company with a clearly defined history, structure, departments, guidlelines and policies.
He resigned in 2017 to pursue a Master’s In Business Administration at a top school in Italy; like Mexico another totally different culture but founder was willing to stretch and be uncomfortable. During this period, he met an Indian classmate where he shared his idea for an app and digital transformative business idea. This classmate wasted no time in networking to his trusted colleague in India and from there, in 2018, the journey to build a world class app begun.
2018 – 2020
We have spent the time perfecting and adding to our digital idea and business model and it is now ready to share, firstly, with the Vincentian Territory.
2020 to present Day
- Engineer Victory is providing plumbing masonry carpentry and tiling services to the residents of St Vincent and the Grenadines
- Engineer Victory is providing Jobs & Projects solutions to the residents of St. Vincent and the Grenadines
- Engineer Victory has assisted large Construction Companies as their site Engineer
- Engineer Victory has established a relationship with the Government Technical Institute to be a Plumbing Facilitator
- Engineer Victory has embarked on a consultancy path, providing consultancy services to local government and regional and international companies/institutions
